Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and supporting IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, user provisioning)
Support onboarding/offboarding of users across systems
Monitor access logs and help investigate security incidents
Help manage identity data in directories (Active Directory, LDAP, cloud IAM)
Assist with application integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Participate in security audits and compliance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
Preferred
Exposure to IAM tools like: Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, Auth0
Familiarity with: Authentication & Authorization concepts
Active Directory or LDAP
Basic networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS)
Willingness to learn enterprise IAM platforms
Knowledge of: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC
MFA, RBAC, Zero Trust
Any internship, lab work, or hands-on projects in cybersecurity
