Responsibilities
Evaluate technical designs to ensure they fit product standards
Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product
Define technical and coding standards
Define and participate in code reviews
Code complex solutions and prototypes
Define and manage the product release process
Document application architecture
Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems
Develop and execute ITDs
Mentor and educate developers
Interact with other teams as the platform technical expert
Qualification
Required
Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field
10+ years of experience in .NET development
5+ years of experience in full-stack development
Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests in both backend and frontend
Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
Proven track record of creating and managing strong product-driven standards
Strong English communications (oral and written)
Quality mindset and detail-oriented
Preferred
DevOps experience
Experience with ERP product development
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a technology-related field
Previous experience in Remote jobs
