The role involves monitoring attendance, managing contracts and vouchers, and serving as a resource for parents and childcare directors.

Responsibilities
Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
Monitor state CCFA attendance weekly
Manage PACE vouchers, and Y EEC contract assessments in accordance with state guidelines and insure 100% capacity contract enrollment
Manage Y Kinderwait and distribute enrollment letters in a timely manner
Monitor and adjust contract & voucher placements
Calculate childcare parent fee and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko
Meet with parents to complete assessments and reassessments on monthly basis
Serve as a resource to parents and childcare directors for questions
Qualification
Required
Experience in contract and data management
Proven ability to accurately enter, evaluate, identify discrepancies, and process numerical data in various forms, statements, records
Demonstrated competence in use of office software products including Excel, Word, and proprietary accounting systems
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and under deadlines, and complete whole assigned responsibilities without supervision
Experience in dealing with confidential material
Ability to interact with various levels of the organization, outside vendors, auditors and other agencies
