Develop reliability test plans and performance metrics to validate designs and utilize statistical data analysis to characterize product performance
Conduct failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) and electrical, mechanical, and functional tests and experiments to develop solutions and troubleshoot performance issues
Manage resources and projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances

Required

Bachelor's degree in Hardware Engineering or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience testing hardware products
