Splunk Professional Services Engineer
ASCERA is a recognized professional services partner in North America, seeking a full-time Splunk Professional Services Engineer. The role involves assisting Fortune 2000 customers with the architecture and administration of Splunk, focusing on complex deployments and maximizing customer value through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive complex deployments of Splunk while working with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases
Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and create innovative solutions that will maximize customers' value of Splunk and aid in user adoption
Knowledge transfer to customers throughout a project lifecycle
Develop product expertise in Splunk premium apps
Develop and continually extend domain expertise in IT Security & Observability
Qualification
Required
Hold an active Splunk Core Certified Consultant
4+ years of Splunk experience
5-10 years of overall industry experience as a technology practitioner (in IT Operations and Security)
Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and Risk Based Alerting (RBA)
Experience in requirements gathering around the Splunk tool, documenting requirements, requirement analysis, product testing, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
