Vice President Enterprise Architecture
Mastek is seeking a Vice President of Salesforce Enterprise Architecture, a senior leader responsible for delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. This role combines strategic architecture leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring practical and cost-effective Salesforce implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary Salesforce architecture advisor for SMB clients
Translate business goals into scalable, right-sized Salesforce solutions
Guide clients through platform decisions with a focus on ROI, speed, and simplicity
Participate in executive-level client discussions, discovery, and roadmap planning
Define solution architectures across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Clouds
Design lean, maintainable architectures tailored to SMB budgets and growth plans
Establish reusable patterns, accelerators, and best practices for repeatable delivery
Review and approve solution designs across engagements
Stay actively involved in solution design, complex configurations, integrations, and data models
Support delivery teams in solving complex technical challenges
Ensure solutions are scalable while remaining easy to support post-implementation
Balance architectural rigor with practical execution
Define lightweight governance standards appropriate for SMB environments
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance best practices
Prevent over-customization and technical debt
Drive consistent quality across all client engagements
Support presales efforts including solutioning, estimates, and client presentations
Contribute to Salesforce demos, proposals, and statements of work
Partner with leadership to shape service offerings and go-to-market strategy
Mentor Salesforce architects, senior consultants, and developers
Build practical skill development paths for a growing consulting team
Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and client-first thinking
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, or cloud-based solutions
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for small to mid-sized businesses
Strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce core platform and integrations
Excellent client communication and executive presence
Consulting or professional services experience
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA
Experience working in boutique or mid-sized consulting firms
Exposure to multiple industries common in SMBs (SaaS, Services, Manufacturing, Nonprofit, etc.)
