Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale airport terminal improvement projects
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and operational interfaces
Direct and coordinate design and construction activities
Manage stakeholder relationships and communication
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and safety requirements
Develop and implement project controls and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including airlines, TSA, and airport operations
Monitor and control project budgets ranging from $10M to $50M+
Oversee consultant and contractor performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Aviation, or related field
15+ years of project management experience
Experience with aviation/airport projects strongly preferred
Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M-$50M+
Experience with various delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
Must successfully complete airport security screening
Position requires working on-site
May require occasional evening/weekend work
Ability to work in an active airport environment
Preferred
Master's degree
Professional certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP)
Experience with CAD/REVIT
Previous experience at major airports
Knowledge of aviation/airport operations and regulations
