Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and technical management of the AEM Assets Cloud platform

Monitor platform performance including compute services, orchestration, replication, CDN usage, and storage

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering and support teams

Manage platform configuration, user access, and environment health across author, preview, and publish tiers

Implement governance standards including asset lifecycle policies, metadata standards, and security compliance

Maintain audit readiness through logging, monitoring, reporting, and platform usage reviews

Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

Support and optimize workflows for creative production, approvals, and delivery

Develop automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues

Monitor and enhance asset processing services including renditions and metadata extraction

Maintain integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, marketing systems, and external platforms

Provide technical support to users including access requests, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance

Support onboarding, training, documentation, and platform best practices

Required

Hands-on experience with AEM Assets as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, and Adobe Admin Console

Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, autoscaling, and distributed systems

Ability to interpret logs, troubleshoot platform errors, and analyze performance metrics

Familiarity with DAM best practices including metadata, taxonomy, workflows, and governance

Experience managing role-based access controls and user entitlement management

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Excellent documentation and stakeholder management abilities

Experience operating enterprise digital asset management platforms

Experience supporting cloud platforms with monitoring, incident management, and uptime ownership

Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices including monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD
