Responsibilities
Design the app's core experience, from overall information architecture to Home screen details and foundational interactions, combining design with system thinking and scalability
Define how to drive personalized behavior change that leads to validated health improvements
Drive the overall product direction from the initial goal to detailed User Experience (UX) artifacts, ensuring alignment with product goals
Collaborate with a global UX organization and cross-functional partners to execute, learn, and iterate/elevate the craft and toolkit of the team, fostering continuous learning and embracing new technologies
Lead with prototyping as a tool for exploring ideas, validating concepts, and communicating design solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in product design or UX
Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
Include a portfolio or link to your work in visual design on your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Experience in prototyping and user research
Experience working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible products
Experience in interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking, with excellent visual design skills
Ability to articulate compelling stories and design decisions
Ability to design products, prototypes, and demonstrate advanced design skills, including high quality deliverables and processes
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present a clear design rationale
