Responsibilities
Support program management operations for AI chip development teams
Collect and report technical program status across a broad portfolio of programs and stakeholders
Manage vendor and temp worker agreements and onboarding
Assess, request, and report on budget to support program operations
Develop transformative and sustainable solutions to streamline technical and organizational processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience supporting program management operations for silicon development organizations
Experience managing vendor and temp worker contracts, budgets, purchase orders, and onboarding
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working alongside silicon engineering teams and technical program managers on process improvement efforts
