Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Lead bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement prep
Develop tax strategies to reduce liabilities and optimize savings
Act as the go-to contact for clients on all tax matters
Stay ahead of tax law changes and handle complex tax research
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Ensure compliance across all jurisdictions
Communicate tax obligations clearly to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
Experience with business and personal tax returns
Strong knowledge of private client tax
Proven leadership and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Preferred
CPA or JD/LLM
