New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a Portable Crushing Plant Operator for a traveling position that requires batching materials and performing plant maintenance across various sites in Arizona. The role involves operating equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting production goals while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities
Batch aggregates accurately using computer or manual controls according to mix designs
Perform daily plant maintenance: lubrication, minor adjustments, shoveling, and lifting
Inspect plant and equipment for operational efficiency and safety compliance
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Identify and report potential operational issues to plant management
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies
Operate various mobile equipment as needed (preferred: front-end loader, skid steer, all-terrain forklift, haul truck)
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience operating portable crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment
Experience in plant maintenance (e.g., screen and liner changes)
Valid driver's license
Self-directed with minimal supervision
Basic computer literacy and math skills
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions: standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and walking on uneven surfaces
Willingness to work overtime as required
Commitment to safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Preferred
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
Operate various mobile equipment as needed (preferred: front-end loader, skid steer, all-terrain forklift, haul truck, water truck)
