Responsibilities
Designing and building core components of the firm’s execution stack, including order management systems, exchange connectivity, smart order routing, and market data handling infrastructure
Optimising system performance at both the application and systems level, improving throughput, reducing latency, and ensuring deterministic system behaviour in production trading environments
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing, building, and optimising high-performance systems
Proficiency in developing low-latency, highly reliable trading platforms
Ability to work alongside Traders, Quant Researchers, and Infrastructure teams
Experience in handling large volumes of market data and order flow
Strong understanding of strict latency and stability requirements
Experience in designing and building core components of execution stacks
Knowledge of order management systems, exchange connectivity, and smart order routing
Experience in optimising system performance at both the application and systems level
Ability to improve throughput and reduce latency
Experience ensuring deterministic system behaviour in production trading environments
