Responsibilities

Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Delivering persuasive sales presentations
Promoting the company's luxury interior design services
Collaborating with industry partners
Managing customer interactions
Playing a key role in creating a seamless sales experience aligned with the studio's mission
Closing deals directly or handing off well-qualified opportunities to the principal designer

Required

Strong skills in Sales Presentations and Communication to effectively engage clients and present service offerings
Proficient in Relationship Building and Customer Service to develop long-term professional partnerships and deliver exceptional client experiences
Proven ability in New Business Development to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand the client base
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to adapt to diverse client needs and achieve favorable outcomes
Prospect and identify potential clients (restaurant owners, developers, hospitality groups, builders, and homeowners)
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other approved channels
Qualify prospects based on project scope, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority
Lead or support sales conversations, depending on role alignment
Schedule and coordinate introductory calls
Maintain accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and targeting strategy
Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or consultative sales
Comfortable selling high-value, custom services
Strong communicator with confidence engaging decision-makers
Self-directed, organized, and accountable for results
Thrives in commission-based environments and understands long sales cycles

Preferred

Prior experience in the luxury design, architecture, or related fields is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
Familiarity with design, construction, real estate, or hospitality is a strong plus
