Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Elevator Maintenance
Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and problem-solving specific to elevators
Comprehensive understanding of Elevators and relevant operational systems
Ability to read technical blueprints, plans, and schematics
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Completion of or current enrollment in a recognized elevator mechanic apprenticeship program or relevant certification
Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
Physically capable of handling tools, materials, and working in enclosed or high spaces
Preferred
Experience in elevator construction and modernization is a plus
