Data Entry Specialist 2
Seadog Media is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us in the capacity of a Data Entry Specialist 2. This role is pivotal in transferring significant amounts of information within deadlines, while ensuring that the data we handle is both accurate and confidential.
Broadcast Media Production and Distribution
Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
Perform related tasks like ordering supplies and keeping track of incoming and outgoing materials
Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
Maintain confidential information in line with the company’s data security protocols
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of data entry experience, or similar office experience
Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheet software
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under deadline pressure and to prioritize responsibilities
Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
