Master influence, negotiation, and people skills through real conversations with homeowners
Learn the psychology of sales and performance, applying it daily in the field
Set goals and execute with discipline, accountability, and ownership over results
Gain real business experience in lead generation, time management, logistics and coordination, and closing deals
Get paid for performance by closing accounts. No busy work
Train daily with your team and experienced leaders to sharpen skills fast
Advance into leadership and team-building/management opportunities as you perform
Qualification
Required
Driven students and young adults who want real income, real skills, and real growth
Ability to learn the ins and outs of selling a white-glove, high-quality, residential pest control service
Willingness to engage in door-to-door, direct to consumer marketing efforts
Comfortable with challenges and discomfort
Desire to build confidence, discipline, and level up earnings while in school
Ability to master influence, negotiation, and people skills through real conversations with homeowners
Willingness to learn the psychology of sales and performance and apply it daily in the field
Ability to set goals and execute with discipline, accountability, and ownership over results

Availability for full-time work from May to August 2026, adjusted around school schedule
Ability to work Mon–Fri, with half days on Sat
