Responsibilities

Work on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects with a strong technical focus
Design and develop inbound integrations using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
Develop outbound integrations using BI Publisher and HCM Extracts
Build and maintain HCM Extracts across multiple HCM Cloud modules , understanding module-specific nuances and data models
Apply data transformation techniques (filtering, mapping, joins, delta logic) while developing complex extracts
Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports using custom SQL data models, templates, and bursting
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for extracts and data loads
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
Ensure high data accuracy, security, and compliance with client standards
Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – inbound integrations
Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) – reporting and outbound integrations
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts – outbound interfaces and file delivery
Proven experience in data transformation techniques during extract development
Proven experience developing extracts across multiple HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, OTL, ORC, etc.)
Understanding module-specific data nuances and effective-dated structures
Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment
