Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing HR files, preparing correspondence, and handling documentation related to employee records
Assist with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, arranging orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR-related files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
Support training initiatives by tracking employee participation and progress
Handle sensitive employee and company information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with confidentiality guidelines and policies
Manage HR office supplies, coordinate office operations, and assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and HR software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
Preferred
Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles is advantageous
ADP Workforce Now Knowledge a plus
Bilingual a plus
