Help manufacture aluminum bicycle rims. We are one of few companies in the USA who do this
Learn new production techniques and have the opportunity to help us improve what we do. We are open to new ideas
Cycling experience and interest required. Bicycle business experience a plus
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with bicycles, wheel-building techniques, or similar technical crafts is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with fellow team members effectively
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive hand movements for extended periods of time
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory
Passion for cycling and cycling products is a bonus
