Responsibilities
Designs and builds scalable infrastructure components that support AI and data‑driven workloads
Develops and fine‑tunes machine learning or AI models in partnership with senior engineers and technical leads
Implements experimentation and evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and system behavior
Curates datasets and applies data quality practices to support model training and validation activities
Analyzes experimentation results and scorecards to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
Collaborates with Product Managers and engineering partners to define datasets aligned to product scenarios and requirements
Leads or contributes to data acquisition efforts by ensuring datasets are properly formatted, documented, and maintained
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience
