Leading site selection, land control, and early-stage feasibility
Managing entitlements, zoning, and utility coordination
Coordinating power strategy and grid alignment
Owning development budgets, schedules, and investment committee materials
Working closely with construction, leasing, and commercial teams
Representing the platform with landowners, utilities, and investors
Qualification
Required
4+ years of direct data center development experience
Strong upstream capability across land, power, and early risk
Experience operating in capital-backed or fast-moving environments
Commercial mindset with investor and investment committee exposure
Comfortable managing multiple projects or markets
