Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance
Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or a closely related field; OR 2+ years of professional/practical artistic experience (e.g., photographer, graphic designer, UX designer)
Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and reading)
Extremely detail-oriented with strong critical judgment and consistency across large batches of work
Comfortable following nuanced rubrics, providing precise feedback, and working independently as a remote contractor
Preferred
Prior LLM training experience preferred (at least 6 months or one well-defined project)
Writing experience (e.g., copywriting/editorial) is a plus
