The System Architecture / Infrastructure Contractor will lead the design and implementation of production-ready systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee architecture and implementation of the system and pipeline for production use
Translate product and business requirements into scalable solutions
Design and support infrastructure for data ingestion, feature pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring
Develop and maintain end-to-end system pipelines, including training, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to integrate data into production systems
Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability in live environments
Oversee all cloud infrastructure and integrations across environments and hosting platforms
Participate in technical reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
Design and maintain low-latency, real-time data pipelines for live sports data ingestion
Ensure production systems meet performance, availability, and scalability requirements during live events
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production workloads
Qualification
Required
5+ years building and operating production cloud systems
Experience supporting data-heavy or ML-driven platforms
JavaScript / TypeScript
C#
Python (Primary)
HTML / CSS
AWS (Required)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes)
CI/CD (Github Actions, Azure DevOps, or Similar)
Databases: SQL + NoSQL (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
Preferred
Experience with real-time or high-throughput data systems
Prior startup or early-stage company experience a plus
