Required
Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design experience
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
Strong skills in Visual Design, Branding, and Typography
Experience conducting User Research, Usability Testing, and implementing feedback
Ability to create and maintain Design Systems and Style Guides
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment
Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality to meet user and business needs
Preferred
Knowledge of Front-End Development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus
