Senior LevelRevHawk is an early-stage startup focused on loyalty analytics and automation for the Home Services industry. They are seeking a Founding Full Stack Software Engineer to lead product development, shape the technical vision, and build a high-impact platform.

Responsibilities
Own the development of the relatively new codebase, making foundational technical decisions
Build and ship production-quality software quickly, iterating closely with the product team
Leverage AI to produce valuable insights for our customers
Scale the system as you ingest large amounts of data, focusing on both backend systems and front end experience
Establish healthy engineering practices and processes in a high-velocity startup environment
Act as a strategic thought partner to RevHawk leadership, shaping the product roadmap and technical vision
Grow, lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Be supported by Philo Ventures' internal team, including engineering, to accelerate your success
Focus on building the web application side of things, as you work directly with the founder, complimenting their data science skills with your own software engineering skills
Qualification
Required
Founder mentality – ownership, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
Product-first engineering mindset – focus on delivering customer value over technical complexity
Full-stack – strong experience in frontend & backend development. The current system is written in NextJS, so confidence in React and Typescript is a big plus
Startup experience – prior work at an early-stage company or high-growth tech startup
Bias for action – you move fast, make pragmatic trade-offs, and iterate efficiently
Experience working with data – ingesting raw data from third party systems and transforming it into a more optimal shape
Experience with semi-complex SQL queries - especially in the context of parsing, processing, and extracting insights
Strong communication and leadership skills – ability to influence company strategy and mentor future team members
Willingness to work hybrid in the Bentonville, Arkansas or the Lehi, Utah area on a regular basis
Preferred
AI fluency – experience integrating AI models into product features and / or working with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) is a plus. Data science experience not required
Many years of experience - Senior level preferred
