Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAC application
Deliver exceptional code with meticulous attention to detail
Take a lead role in solution design, working closely with architects to create innovative, scalable architectures
Mentor, coach, and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Influence and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices and new technologies
Design best in class solution to support analytical/reporting activities utilizing SAC
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop integrated SAC solution to support business processes, executing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
Measure success- Measure everything: A feature release does not indicate success- Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development- Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success
Collaborate across teams - We win or lose as a team- Play a critical role in creating alignment across the cross-functional Leadership team

Qualification
Required
Must have strong 8+ years experience in developing SAC products from concept to launch (SAP Analytical/Reporting work streams)
Must be experienced with SAC as a planning tool, creating planning data models and working with categories actual, budget, planning, forecast, rolling forecast
Strong finance and cross functional business process, focussed on FP&A
Training experience to business users accelerating the tool adoption
Successful track record of defining business cases for product roadmap
Ability to interact and influence variety of users including process stakeholders, drive adoption of SAC tool across the organization
Highly data-driven with a commitment to drive business outcome and value realization
Experience in Agile principles - Focus on the business need, Deliver on time, Never compromise quality, Build incrementally from firm foundations, Develop iteratively, Communicate continuously and clearly
Experience working with SOX systems and other regulatory and compliance frameworks
Strong Expertise in JavaScript
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required
Onsite HQ role, must be local in SF Bay area to be onsite
