Responsibilities
Design and maintain reliable, scalable features across our products
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to identify best solutions given situational constraints
Learn how providers use our product in conjunction with their EHR to suggest improvement opportunities
Learn how clinical staff help patients between appointments to improve the effectiveness of treatment
Share ideas for AI-enabled workflows to make every patient interaction impactful
Identify ways to unify cross-platform features for seamless experiences
Implement observability tooling to surface data for Product, Engineering, and other teams
Build systems that are auditable, secure, and compliant with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience building production software systems
Fluent in modern web application stacks (React, Node.js/Express)
Write clean and maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code that scales
Understand how to model most domain concepts to relational databases for both application and analytical use
Have worked in the Healthcare industry
Familiar with EHR integrations (Athenahealth)
Eager to learn and share knowledge
Preferred
Provider-focused or clinical staff tools
AI-centric features to empower users
