Responsibilities
Draft a Project Plan for a new project
Facilitate an internal account-level meeting to identify, discuss, and resolve issues
Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system
Confirm that a client deliverable has passed through the appropriate internal QA process before it is shipped to the client
Monitor team Slack channels and facilitate meetings to maintain clarity for all participants
Lead a project status client call. You’ll keep everyone on schedule, take note of key updates and potential project roadblocks, and ensure that immediate next steps are identified and assigned
Navigate a fire on an active project. A key deliverable won’t be completed in time for the campaign launch, and the client needs to be informed of how we plan to resolve the issue quickly
Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecasted revenue projections to Element Three’s finance team
Qualification
Required
The ability to effectively maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders
Proven success in identifying actionable, creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand and demand marketing strategies, concepts, and tactics
The ability to support and manage executives, both internally and externally
Familiarity with navigating and utilizing project management software
3-5 years in a project manager role in a services industry environment. Agency experience is a plus
