B2B Sales Development Representative (part-time)

Work From Here is a new coworking venture seeking a part-time B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to explore B2B opportunities. The role involves outbound prospecting, responding to inbound leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records to support the sales process.
Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting & initial outreach
Identify and engage potential B2B clients with the with the assistance of marketing and executive staff. Approaches will include using email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach to generate new conversations
Inbound lead response & qualification
Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours, ask initial qualifying questions, and ensure warm leads are routed appropriately•(likely to you/me)•
Meeting scheduling & pipeline coordination
Book discovery calls for the founder/team, confirm appointments, and keep the sales calendar organized
Negotiating and closing agreements
Working with executive staff to finalize and close agreements
CRM & sales tracking updates
Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, customer records
Creating periodic reports for management
Follow-up & nurture communication
Building up relationships with contacts and exploring identifying their corporate needs
Send professional follow-ups after initial contact, re-engage stalled prospects, and keep leads moving through the pipeline

Required

Experience in outbound prospecting & initial outreach
Ability to identify and engage potential B2B clients with the assistance of marketing and executive staff
Experience in responding to inbound inquiries within 24 hours and asking initial qualifying questions
Ability to book discovery calls for the founder/team and confirm appointments
Experience in negotiating and closing agreements with executive staff
Ability to maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and customer records
Experience in creating periodic reports for management
Ability to build relationships with contacts and identify their corporate needs
Experience in sending professional follow-ups after initial contact and re-engaging stalled prospects
Flexibility to work approximately 5 to 10 hours a week
Availability for in-person meetings with prospective clients during standard daytime hours
