Responsibilities
Collaborate on UEM architecture and design across Workspace ONE and Intune
Design scalable endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android
Provide technical leadership for application packaging and configuration management
Define and maintain standards, reference architectures, and best practices
Lead technical planning, design, and execution for major UEM initiatives
Act as a senior escalation point; perform root-cause analysis for complex issues
Partner with Security and Identity teams to align UEM with compliance and access models
Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort
Mentor UEM engineers and administrators
Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Workspace ONE
OS packaging: macOS, Windows, Linux
Strong Bash & PowerShell scripting
Experience with Workspace ONE (WS1) REST API automation
Preferred
Intune experience is a plus
