Responsibilities
Source and identify talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy sectors
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates
Fill open positions with qualified candidates
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment goals
Perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude
Report to a manager or head of a unit/department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field
Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruiting field
Functional sourcing experience
Legal sourcing experience
Corporate customer experience in talent acquisition
Proficiency in ATS and full cycle recruiting
Preferred
Prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred
Experience in paralegal counsel roles, corporate counsel roles, and litigation
