Responsibilities
Provide ongoing learning and development advice to Service Personnel throughout their careers
Promote and support access to funded external learning opportunities, including e-learning
Find new ways to promote LDO Hub services using a range of media and materials
Work with LDO colleagues to deliver L&D interviews, schedule Hub events, and support learners
Provide learning resources and maintain accurate education records in JPA
Coordinate and approve learning credit schemes for eligible learners
Organise, promote, and deliver annual L&D open days and unit‑level briefings
Raise awareness of Resettlement support and provide 2nd Line Resettlement guidance in line with policy
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills - able to explain complex processes and provide clear and concise advice in dealings with the customer
Plan and prioritise resources effectively – able to demonstrate effective planning and delivery of operational priorities
Proficiency in IT – be proficient in Microsoft Office (M365) applications
Strong Administration experience
Preferred
Any qualification in education and teaching, or learning and development (or equivalent)
Experience of qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring
