Develop KPIs for content utilization, field engagement, AI adoption, and insights
Perform data mining across internal and third-party sources
Build dashboards and performance reports
Analyze multi-channel data for trends and optimization
Partner with marketing, media, and product stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–5 years analytics experience in healthcare (pharma preferred)
Strong skills in SQL, analytics methods, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data visualization
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Python, or R
Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare)
Knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical affairs analytics
