Responsibilities
Provide maintenance and development work on a multi-functional Datacap ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system and assist with software upgrades
Provide system improvements, assist with requirements and statistics gathering, and client presentations
Resolve Help Desk tickets from system users and escalate tickets to 3rd party entities when applicable (such as manufacturer support, and/or local administration)
Create and maintain existing reporting systems, and create new reports - both ad hoc and routine, as needed
Use technical knowledge to provide and/or consume data from other systems as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of application development experience in at least one of these programming languages (Java, C#, C++, C)
3+ years of experience providing customer-facing support for an ECM system
3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
1+ year of experience demonstrating knowledge of the following sub-systems: Websphere Middleware with plugin components configured and in the Eclipse IDE
SQL / Oracle Database
Windows services
Microsoft IIS
Custom validators, created as DLLs and JavaScript scripts
Datacap knowledge, to troubleshoot problems and create or maintain features, using the custom Datacap rules engine 'language'
Strong ability to think 'outside of the box,' to solve difficult system problems in an ECM or IT environment
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Associates degree or higher in related field
