Oversee billing, change orders, and financial performance
Support field teams with timely communication and planning
Build strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionally
Enforce safety and quality standards across all assigned projects
Directly supervise Project Assistants and support team development
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Construction Management/Engineering or Journeyman/Master license
5–7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership (Foreman/Lead)
Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Confident communicator and team leader
Proficiency with construction/project management software
Preferred
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR
