Technical Account Manager
Responsibilities
Lead customers from onboarding to renewal
Drive adoption and ensure they hit key risk-management goals
Partner with AEs on expansions and renewals
Support technical setup: SSO, Jira, Slack, APIs, workflows
Turn customer feedback into clear product requirements
Run strategic QBRs with senior stakeholders
Build the U.S. post-sales playbook from scratch
Qualification
Required
NYC-based, hybrid
Experience in post-sales technical implementation at a B2B SaaS company
Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting
Excellent communicator; strong cross-functional collaborator
Start-up mindset: proactive, organised, adaptable
