Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports
Build and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop
Write and optimize DAX measures and calculations
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices
Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI Service workspaces
Troubleshoot report performance and data issues
Document solutions and provide user training/support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
Proficiency in DAX and data modeling
Strong SQL skills (queries, views, stored procedures)
Experience with data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schema)
Knowledge of Power Query (M language)
Understanding of data visualization best practices
Experience working with large datasets
