Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood)
Develop structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions
Review shop drawings, RFIs, and construction submittals
Support construction-phase services as needed
Apply applicable building codes and standards consistently and defensibly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
PE required; SE a strong plus
Experience with building structural design
Proficiency with industry-standard analysis and drafting software
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
