Responsibilities
Lead and ensure completion of all work performed by Facilities Technicians, Laborers, and Engineers, including assignments from Dispatch and Management
Respond to emergency calls and expedite repairs to maintain guest and employee safety and comfort
Organize, prioritize, and schedule work orders and projects as requested
Receive and manage materials from the warehouse and dock; maintain knowledge of materials used across technical trades
Maintain strong awareness of safety and accident prevention at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a hotel or industrial complex property
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
