This role focuses on end-to-end system design, scalability, security, and governance, while providing technical leadership to AI/ML engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end AI/ML platforms , from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
Design scalable Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and Conversational AI architectures
Define standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance
Select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and cloud services
Guide teams on best practices for MLOps, reliability, and cost optimization
Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, compliance, and business stakeholders
Review designs, provide technical direction, and mentor AI/ML engineers
Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements
Document architecture blueprints, reference designs, and decision frameworks
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in AI/ML system design and architecture
Strong hands-on background in ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable distributed systems
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience designing high-availability, secure, and scalable AI systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
8–12+ years of experience in software/AI engineering, with architecture ownership
Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Preferred
Experience with enterprise AI platforms and multi-cloud architectures
Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows
Exposure to big data ecosystems (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and compliance frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
