Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, requirements, and quality standards are met
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness
Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Maintain and update microsite content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment
Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, collaborating with internal partners as needed
Ensure digital assets follow governance, compliance, and publishing standards
Manage submissions, approvals, and workflows across a number of systems
Partner with stakeholders to ensure requests are properly documented, reviewed, and executed
Track progress across platforms to maintain visibility into project and content pipelines

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations for client delivery
Innovative, agile approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Proficiency with Workfront, CAT, PID, JIRA & Brightcove
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
