This role will focus on cloud and hybrid environments, supporting internal resource management and technical delivery efforts across a range of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Deliver architecture, design, engineering, and implementation services within Microsoft Azure or datacenter hybrid environments
Provide technical support for sales, installation, and product support
Conduct or participate in demos, customer evaluations, and ROI analysis
Deliver technical presentations and respond to technical questions during sales calls
Contribute technical content to bids and sales proposals
Support sales efforts involving operating systems, performance conversion, and complex configurations
Develop and recommend solutions involving Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Hybrid, Exchange (2007–Online), SQL Server, and Office365
Maintain in-depth knowledge of operating systems, hardware systems, and conversion techniques
Install products and connect servers at customer sites as needed
Train customers on hardware and software usage
Build and maintain business relationships to support ongoing opportunities
Document customer interactions and configuration information in CRM systems
Track personal activities for status and time reporting
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure
Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD Hybrid, Exchange environments, and Office365
Strong understanding of hybrid migration methodologies and coexistence strategies
Familiarity with SQL Server and enterprise hardware/software integration
Ability to deliver customer-facing presentations and support pre-sales engagements
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
Willingness to travel for on-site installation and support when needed
