Responsibilities
Own delivery success and customer satisfaction across a defined portfolio of strategic customers and studies
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met on time, within scope, and within budget
Provide senior delivery leadership across complex, multi-study programs in a regulated clinical research environment
Lead, mentor, and develop geographically dispersed delivery teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and performance
Drive operational excellence through consistent delivery models, resource optimization, and financial performance oversight
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities, making informed decisions to drive positive outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong, long-term relationships through credibility, transparency, and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
Extensive experience in delivery leadership and customer-facing operational roles within life sciences, biotech, CRO, or clinical technology environments
Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and lead large, distributed teams
Strong understanding of operational delivery models, financial performance, and resource management
Demonstrated success building trusted, long-term customer relationships
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
Strong change leadership skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement
Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with primary coverage aligned to U.S. Pacific Time
Strong executive-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
