Responsibilities
Respond to order release incoming calls
Create and send 10 day demand letters
Processing approved account adjustments
Prepare accounts packages for collections
Back up for Job Verifications- Verifying correct information on Job Line forms
Monitor/track and submit the Security Agreements and Consignments to NCS
Assist with sorting and distributing mail
Process/investigate returned mail and correct in UE and resend as needed
Monitor and distribute general Credit email inbox
Assist with scanning and indexing all Credit docs to the DRCI system with Iron Mountain
Various tasks as needed
Support role for Portfolio Credit Analysts & Risk and Recovery team
Qualification
Required
