Responsibilities

Partner with business process owners and subject matter experts to improve user adoption, clarify processes, and ensure our ERP system meets evolving business needs
Maintain and enhance the D365 system
Troubleshoot issues
Support updates that align with business goals
Translate business requirements into system solutions to drive clarity and efficiency
Demonstrate D365 Supply Chain Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning solution to drive business adoption of D365 Planning Optimization
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Advise on new D365 features
Contribute to cross-functional projects
Support user adoption
Mentor others
Grow your technical and leadership skills
Travel to support global teams

Qualification

D365 F&OManufacturing experienceEnterprise system integrationMicrosoft AzurePower BI

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years' experience with 1–2 D365 F&O implementations in multinational companies
Experience in Manufacturing A MUST
Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, Business Intelligence)

Preferred

Familiarity with Axtension, Bluestar, Microsoft Azure, MicroStrategy, or Power BI is a plus
