Nigel Frank International is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer to find an ERP Solutions Analyst to support and grow their global Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the ERP system, drive user adoption, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with business process owners and subject matter experts to improve user adoption, clarify processes, and ensure our ERP system meets evolving business needs

Maintain and enhance the D365 system, troubleshoot issues, and support updates that align with business goals

Translate business requirements into system solutions to drive clarity and efficiency

Demonstrate D365 Supply Chain Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning solution to drive business adoption of D365 Planning Optimization

Identify continuous improvement opportunities, advise on new D365 features, and contribute to cross-functional projects

Support user adoption, mentor others, and grow your technical and leadership skills

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years' experience with 1–2 D365 F&O implementations in multinational companies

Experience in Manufacturing A MUST

Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, Business Intelligence)

Preferred

Familiarity with Axtension, Bluestar, Microsoft Azure, MicroStrategy, or Power BI is a plus
