Responsibilities

Develop and implement telecommunications strategies for multi-site healthcare system within complex telecommunication environment

Manage VoIP and Digital PBX infrastructure and ensure high availability

Coordinate with telecom carriers and third-party vendors for service delivery

Lead budgeting and procurement for telecom projects

Manage a large team of professionals at both the technician and analyst levels
