Responsibilities
Actively monitor students in the main lobby area and hallways of PAA during classes and rehearsals to ensure safety
Enforce common-sense rules and regulations of the facility
Assist with coordinating disciplinary actions regarding student behavior when requested
Assist in coordinating student illnesses when requested
Support teaching artists with any emergency situations or first aid needs
Track attendance and follow up with Registrar & Site manager
Manage and maintain the studio spaces and front lobby area
Maintain professional interactions with students, staff, and the public
Be knowledgeable with all aspects of PAA programming
Maintain and organize SWAG and company store
Maintain and organize shoe exchange and clothing exchange
Create buttons for each production upon request
Make copies as needed for directors
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience as a receptionist
Availability late afternoons & evenings Monday to Thursday
Possibility of weekend work
Ability to actively monitor students in the main lobby area and hallways
