Responsibilities
Designing and maintaining high-performance computing clusters using Proxmox, managing distributed storage with CephFS, and generally making sure systems are fast and reliable
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with CephFS (not just 'familiar with' – actually built and operated it)
Background building HPC clusters, ideally with open-source tooling like Proxmox
Strong Linux fundamentals and networking chops
Someone who's comfortable being a bit unconventional – they're using tech that most trading firms don't touch, and that's intentional
